This Benefit Plan is neither insurance nor a health insurance policy. The plan provides for discounts on health care services from participating providers only. The plan does not make payments to providers. The member is responsible for paying for all health care services, but will receive a discount from participating providers contracted with the discount medical plan organization.  The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical ancillary  services received.

This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation period. Members shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials. 

Hospital Discounts NOT available in Maryland

Travel Assist is not available to Connecticut,  Florida, Oregon and Washington residents

Pharmacy discounts are Not Insurance, and are Not Intended as a Substitute for Insurance. The discount is only available at participating pharmacies.

TelaDoc not available to South Carolina and Oklahoma residents. TelaDoc does not prescribe DEA controlled substances or lifestyle drugs.
